In June, the County Executive’s office announced the pending purchase of a park site at the Radebaugh property in eastern Towson. The retail shop would remain, and Baltimore County would redevelop the site into a new community park.
At the time, I applauded this announcement. This would be the first new park in eastern Towson in two decades, providing green space for the densely-populated neighborhoods along Burke Avenue.
