On Thursday, April 28, 2016 at approximately 1:00 pm, Towson University will be conducting a test of its External (Outdoor) Voice Emergency System. Please be advised, audible warning tones, recorded voice messages and a live voice message indicating that a test is being conducted may be heard in the communities/areas adjacent to the university.
