The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced the dates for evening hearings to receive public comment on case number 9298, on the performance of the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company with regards to service interruptions in the State of Maryland due to the June 29, 2012 Derecho storm.

Four meetings have been scheduled in the Baltimore area including one in Towson on Thursday, August 16, 7 PM, Hearing Room 106, Baltimore County Office Building, 111 West Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, MD 21204.

In the event you cannot attend the meeting in Towson, meetings will be held in the following areas listed below:

  • August 13, 7 PM, Joint Hearing Room, Legislative Services Building, 90 State Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401
  • August 14, 7 PM, Paul C. Wolman Assembly Room, War Memorial Building, 101 N. Gay Street, Baltimore, MD 21202
  • August 15, 7 PM, Banneker Room, George Howard Building, 3430 Courthouse Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043

Written comments in this proceeding may also be submitted by September 10, 2012 to David J. Collins, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
