Department of Health Encourages Parents to S.A.V.E.
Before School Starts!
Start Administering Vaccines EarlyWHAT:
To assist parents in getting their children immunized before the start of the 2012-2013 school year, the Baltimore County Department of Health will provide recommended vaccines at no cost for children up to age 18 who are eligible under the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. The VFC program includes, among others, children who are eligible for Medicaid and children who have no health insurance. No appointment is necessary.Parents must bring a copy of their child’s immunization record. Meningitis vaccine will also be available at no cost for students entering college.WHEN & WHERE:
